Concept for the organisation of a comprehensive site logistics and the creation of logistics solutions for the supply and disposal transports by rail, water and road for the reorganisation of the main railway station of Stuttgart (Stuttgart 21).

For the construction activities on this major site of Stuttgart 21 the legal and logistical conditions were checked and used as a base for the develpoment and call for tenders for an acceptable logistics concept for the economy and citizens.

The organisation of the site logistics orients itself on the special requirements of this project for slim and effective solutions.
