Planning of the site logistics for the renovation of the Deutsche Bank twin-towers.

For the renovation of the office towers, located at the city centre, a site logistics concept was required, which considered the bottleneck of small, rare free space and poor access to the buildings. Due to the very limited possibilities of a vertical transport, the site logistics had a central interface role for all assembly sections.

The present infrastructure had to be analysed and integrated into scheduled quantity structures and work flow charts. For the controlling and coordination during the construction phase, a specified manual for the operative logistics service provider was developed as a basis for the logistical processes.
