Site logistics concept and implementation of the specific technical facilities for the maglev train in Shanghai

On preparation of the realization of the maglev project in Shanghai, there was required a specific site logistics concept, that was adapted to the local conditions.

This had to be performed under inclusion of the Thyssen-specific quality management regulations.

During the implementation a permanent project management including reporting system was established.
