Call for tenders for the logistics services for the supply of the assembly line

Plant 1 produces model city van SLW (Caddy) and delivery van T 5. For the call for tenders of all logistical services of the main plant 1 the entire tender documents were developed (specification, layouts, description of processes).

Then the call for tenders was attended and the offers were evaluated. Bidders’ days were organised and finally a recommendation was declared.The result was a significant reduction of costs for these processes.
