On November 13, 2025, our partner Boris van Thiel had the opportunity to deliver a guest lecture on “Leadership in Transition” to international students at the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Europe in Berlin.

The students had already studied modern leadership concepts as part of their curriculum. Boris van Thiel, an internationally experienced consultant and manager, was able to enrich the topic with his personal experiences and practical anecdotes, providing real-world insights.

The lecture was very well received, and Prof. Gerald Fritz, who leads the course, has already extended an invitation for further guest lectures.

We are delighted about this successful collaboration and the inspiring exchange between practical experience and academic learning.
